Mesh Basket & Panels

DWW manufacture woven mesh on their wire weaving looms and they specialise primarily in the supply of high temperature mesh baskets and panels for the heat treatment industry.

A wide range of specifications and materials are available for a high quality, custom-made product.  Wire diameters from 1.6 mm up to 4 mm diameter are available and aperture sizes ranging from 2.6 mm up to 80 mm.

These products can be produced with frames around the edges in order to increase their strength and durability.

Available materials include Carbon Steel, Galvanised Mild Steel, 304 St/Steel, 316 St/Steel, 314 (1.4841), Alloy 600, Alloy 601, 37/18 Nickel Chrome (1.4864), 80/20 and many other high temperature alloys.

Bespoke products are our speciality and circular, rectangular or square liners and panels can be specifically fabricated to suit our customer’s unique requirements.
